Technology Capabilities SME (Autonomy)

Professional Experience

• Fifteen (15) years of hands-on technical engineering experience, with ten (10) years as an Autonomous Systems Engineer or in a closely related technical field.

Autonomous Systems Design

• Ten (10) years’ experience in end-to-end design and construct of complex autonomous systems.

C2 (Command & Control)

• Ten (10) years’ experience and extensive technical knowledge of C2 principles and experience integrating them into unmanned platforms.

Unmanned & Counter-Unmanned Systems

• Ten (10) years’ demonstrated expertise in both the development of unmanned systems (air, ground, or sea) and the domain of Counter-Uncrewed Systems (C-UXS).

First-Person View (FPV) Operations

• Ten (10) years of expertise in the principles and application of FPV for controlling and operating unmanned systems.

Modeling & Simulation

• Eight (8) years’ experience with demonstrated proficiency in using modeling and simulation environments to advance and validate system designs and operational concepts.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Military or OSW experience.

Education

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science discipline relevant to the field of autonomous systems engineering.

Security Requirements

• TS/SCI (SAP eligible)

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $150,000/year to $250,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
