Technology Capabilities SME (Cyber)

Core Experience & Project Management

• Fifteen (15) years of technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation with 10 years’ experience in project management.

Technical & Operational Focus

• Ten (10) years’ experience supporting the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities.
• Demonstrated participation in the research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.

System Evaluation & Validation

• Ten (10) years’ experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility.
• Demonstrated experience in recommending assessments to determine system performance to risks.

Compliance & Certification: Must meet certification requirements per applicable DoD Directives and DoD Instructions. Must have relevant industry credentials such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

Paid

• The pay range for this position is $125,000/year to $225,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
