We are seeking a Technology Business Partner who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technology solutions, helping leaders identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and emerging opportunities.
Develop trusted relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic technology advisor.
Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business needs, define requirements, and translate objectives into technology solutions.
Lead portfolio planning and prioritization efforts to ensure technology investments align with enterprise goals.
Develop business cases and communicate value, risks, costs, and benefits to stakeholders.
Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Support organizational change and technology adoption efforts that maximize business value.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.

The targeted base pay for this position is $137,900 to $160,900 annually.
