Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals, and secure client sign-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.

Skills

Architecture & Design

• End-to-end architecture design.
• Microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture.
• NFRs: scalability, performance, resilience, security.

Technology Skills

• AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
• Docker, Kubernetes.
• Awareness of SPA frameworks like Angular, React, or similar.
• Preferred: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.

AI-Augmented Development

• GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code AI-based coding, refactoring, testing.
• Awareness of Agentic and RAG-based architecture patterns with Evals.
