About the role

We are seeking a AI Product Manager to join our team. This is a contract position available in New York, Chicago, or Minneapolis.

Required skills

• AI/ML experience
• Experience working with insurance data
• Product Management experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the required skill areas

Qualifications

• Insurance domain knowledge is considered a plus
• There is a strong likelihood that the assignment will be extended

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI product vision, strategy, and research roadmap, aligning emerging AI capabilities with business objectives, customer needs, and revenue growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and scale AI-powered products from concept, experimentation, and validation through market adoption
• Drive applied AI research in areas such as LLMs, agentic AI, embeddings, synthetic data, predictive analytics, and domain-specific machine learning models to create differentiated product capabilities
• Translate complex business challenges into data-driven AI solutions by identifying high-value use cases, prioritizing investments, defining success metrics, and measuring business impact
• Partner with customers, executives, investors, and industry stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product-market fit, communicate technical innovations, and identify new commercialization opportunities
• Establish frameworks for AI experimentation, model evaluation, responsible AI governance, and continuous product improvement while driving adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
