Technology Architect

About the Role
The client is a company specializing in diversified financial services with a focus on innovative banking solutions and customer-centric products. As a Technology Architect, you will drive the vision for technology solutions by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the architectural roadmap, ensuring the technology team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants. Your role involves validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of technology solutions by integrating customer feedback and market trends.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align architectural goals with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding of architectural progress.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the technology team to enhance delivery quality and responsiveness.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience in WebSphere Architecture Patterns.
- Advanced proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot (recommended).
