Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as primary support for assigned enterprise applications.
- Perform daily administration including user provisioning, security roles, workflows, and system configuration.
- Monitor application performance, integrations, and system alerts to proactively resolve issues.
- Cook up with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Support application upgrades, releases, testing, and production deployments.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, ERP systems, or SaaS platforms.
- Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and application administration.
- Understanding of Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or Finance business processes.
- Experience managing user access, security roles, and application configuration.
- Experience monitoring system integrations, analyzing errors, and coordinating issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred
- Experience supporting: Enverus OpenInvoice, SAP Concur, Gatekeeper Vendor Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, HaloITSM or similar ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of application integrations, APIs, SSO, and identity management technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, or other authentication technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices.
- Experience participating in software implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
- Knowledge of audit controls, SOX compliance, or security governance practices.
- Experience working in the energy, midstream, oil & gas, or utility industries.
