About the role
Human Resources & Development is on a mission to transform workforce technologies that deliver targeted solutions. We are seeking a HR Technology Analyst to help us achieve these goals by modernizing and optimizing our technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Workday and other integrated solutions.
In this role, you will drive the ongoing modernization and optimization of our workforce technologies. Embracing Agile principles, you will collaborate to implement solutions that meet current and future business needs. You will stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on emerging technologies, continuously optimizing existing products, and acquiring new ones. We are looking for a candidate who understands technology best practices and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience. With the increasing utilization of Software as a Service (SaaS) products, you will also be responsible for leveraging these solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for one or more of the following technology capabilities:
- Learning & Development
- Onboarding
- Talent Acquisition
- Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)
- Core HCM
- Security
- Influence vendors to evolve and support our SaaS-based HR&D technology platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to build and continuously refine the product roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Understand and mitigate risks associated with vendor products.
- Drive data-informed decisions that support business solutions aligned with strategic talent objectives.
- Work collaboratively to integrate and optimize workforce technologies within State Farm systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points, evaluate ROI, and assess process and technology options that enhance outcomes.
- Present complex technology topics to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualified individuals will:
- Demonstrate experience with supporting workforce technologies such as Workday, ICIMS, or similar workforce platforms.
- Have experience with HR products and processes.
- Have familiarity with working in Agile, self-directed teams focused on delivering business outcomes.
- Understand user experience design.
- Demonstrate technical/analytical ability and the desire to learn and self-discover new technologies and solutions.
- Have familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud data storage (AWS).
Pay
Compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week.
- Potential starting salary range: $66,071.85 - $130,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
