Technology Alliances Manager - AI

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of AI-centric technology partners.
• Align partnerships with product roadmap and AI strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build secure, scalable integrations.
• Support partners in utilizing APIs, SDKs, and identity services for joint solutions.
• Ensure secure integrations for both human and non-human identities.
• Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market initiatives including campaigns and co-selling.
• Develop AI-powered identity use cases for enterprise buyers.
• Monitor and optimize partnership performance regarding pipeline and revenue impact.
• Facilitate executive-level collaboration with partner leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes and reporting.
• Provide partners with necessary resources and enablement.
• Assist with program direction, governance, and ecosystem development.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technology alliances, business development, partner success, or ecosystem management within SaaS.
• 4+ years experience in AI, identity, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, identity standards such as OAuth and OIDC, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Proven record of successful co-build, co-market, and co-sell initiatives.
• Experience managing complex technology partnerships.
• Strong business planning and go-to-market strategy abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with influence across stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, emerging technology environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI platforms, Generative AI providers, fraud detection, or identity verification.
• Tech background or close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Compensation Range: $129,000 - $162,000

Final compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
