About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, including Fireblocks’ tokenization stack and institutional custody offerings.
- Create high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, battle cards) that educates prospects on the value of digital asset infrastructure.
- Partner with sales to refine messaging for key verticals (banking, wealth management, fintech) and geographies (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory trends to inform positioning and differentiation.
- Work with demand generation to optimize campaigns for lead quality and conversion.
- Represent Fireblocks at industry events, webinars, and media briefings.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product marketing, with a focus on B2B fintech, blockchain, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record launching complex technical products to financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of digital assets, custody, tokenization, or DeFi (hands-on experience a plus).
- Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in regulatory topics (e.g., MiCA, SEC guidance) and their impact on enterprise adoption.
