Director, Technology Alliances

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Technology Alliances to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own the strategy and execution of key technology partnerships that expand market reach, strengthen joint go-to-market efforts, and support revenue growth. The position is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Product Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to assess readiness, deepen partner relationships, and drive demand through coordinated programs. As the function scales, this leader will begin as an individual contributor and help build the team and operating model for future growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all aspects of key technology alliances for the company
• Develop and sustain joint business plans and ensure relationship health
• Collaborate with Product Partnerships to evaluate alliance readiness and progress
• Facilitate active co-selling between the company’s sales teams and partners’ sales teams
• Create robust co-marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline generation
• Ensure alignment across company stakeholders on alliance objectives and strategies
• Begin in an individual contributor role with the aim to build and lead a team as growth occurs

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel roles with proven pipeline growth
• Experience managing the complete commercial lifecycle of technology partnerships
• Demonstrated success designing and executing joint go-to-market initiatives with marketing teams
• Strong stakeholder alignment capabilities across all organizational levels and functions
• Ability to start as an individual contributor with a transition to leadership as the role scales

Pay

$190,000 – $275,000 annually
