About the role

This role involves performing imaging procedures and treatments in accordance with radiology standards to assist in diagnosis and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Apply radiologic principles and techniques for optimal imaging outcomes
• Develop and implement procedure and treatment plans following hospital protocols
• Complete accurate documentation to ensure compliance with policies
• Maintain equipment, rooms, and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Participate in performance improvement activities to uphold quality standards
• Achieve assigned goals and contribute to departmental objectives

Requirements

• Recent experience as a Sonographer preferred
• Registered with ARDMS and/or RVT or a recent graduate awaiting certification, with proof required within 120 days
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire
• Basic computer literacy skills preferred
