About the Role
The role involves performing imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support diagnosis and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Select appropriate techniques for imaging procedures and treatments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure documentation compliance.
- Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Actively participate in performance improvement activities to uphold quality standards.
- Complete assigned goals efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Registered with ARDMS and/or RVT, or a recent graduate awaiting registry; proof of registry required within 120 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
- Recent experience as a Sonographer preferred.
Key Duties
- Perform imaging procedures and treatments per established protocols.
- Develop and execute treatment plans.
- Ensure proper documentation and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
