Technologist Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a certified and licensed radiology professional with strong leadership skills to oversee our imaging team at WK Medical Center Satellite Clinics. This is a newly created, full-time day position based in Shreveport, LA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the imaging team, including radiologic technologists, ultrasound technologists, echo sonographers, and nuclear medicine technologists.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
• Lead effectively in high-stress situations, maintaining composure and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Certification and licensure for ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• Licensure for LSRT (Louisiana State Radiologic Technologists).
• Proven leadership experience in radiology or a related field.
