Technologist - MRI

Role Overview Performs imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology standards to assist in diagnosing and treating diseases. Ensures procedures are executed with appropriate techniques and positioning, develops and implements treatment plans, and maintains compliance with hospital protocols. Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition. Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate understanding of radiologic principles and techniques.Develop and implement procedure/treatment plans.Complete documentation per hospital policies.Maintain equipment and work environment safety.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Achieve assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 6 months experience in the specialty area, meeting MRI competencies.Registered with ARRT (R), with MRI registry preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.Basic computer literacy skills.State licensure as required.
