Technologist - MRI

Job Summary Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to assist in diagnosing and treating diseases. Additionally, executes assigned duties as needed. Responsibilities Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.Develops and implements procedure and treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.Maintains accurate documentation to ensure compliance with policies.Ensures equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for patient and staff safety.Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold quality standards.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 6 months experience in the specialty area to meet MRI competencies.Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R), with preferred ARRT(MR).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.Basic computer literacy skills.State licensure as required.
