Technologist - Echocardiographer PRN

Role Overview: Performs imaging procedures and treatments in accordance with radiology standards to assist in diagnosing and treating diseases. Responsible for developing and implementing procedure plans, ensuring optimal results, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate understanding of radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning for effective procedures.Develop and execute appropriate procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.Complete documentation per policies and maintain equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.Participate in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.Achieve assigned goals and collaborate effectively within the department. Qualifications Recent experience as a sonographer preferred.Registered with ARDMS, Cardiac Sonographer, or Vascular Technologist (RVT), or a new graduate awaiting registry; registry proof required within 60 days.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.Basic computer skills required; additional training and licensure (ARDMS/CCI) preferred.
