About the role

This role involves acquiring echocardiographic data through transthoracic imaging under physician supervision, including morphological, myocardial, and hemodynamic assessments, with potential for stress and contrast echocardiography.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely, high-quality echo exams meeting safety and compliance standards.
• Gather diagnostic images for routine and complex patients.
• Communicate findings to the healthcare team, recognizing abnormalities.
• Assist in training and orienting new staff members.

Skills

• Fundamental understanding of compliance, echocardiography technology, patient documentation, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in practical applications of moderate difficulty.

Qualifications

• Licensed Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (LIC) or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience with at least one year in the field.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program.
