This role involves performing imaging procedures and treatments aligned with Cardiology standards to assist in diagnosing and treating heart-related conditions. Key responsibilities include: demonstrating a strong understanding of Cardiology principles, utilizing appropriate techniques and positioning, developing and implementing procedure plans following hospital protocols, maintaining equipment and work areas, completing documentation, and participating in performance improvement activities. Qualifications and skills: enrolled in an accredited Ultrasound or Cardiology program, basic computer literacy, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. The position requires working under supervision of a registered Cardiac sonographer and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and collaborative departmental efforts to ensure optimal outcomes.
