Technologist - Cath Lab EP I

Role Overview: Assists in cardiovascular procedures within the Cardiac Cath and EP Labs by scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring under supervision, supporting the diagnosis and treatment of heart and vascular diseases. Key Responsibilities Demonstrates thorough understanding of lab principles, applying appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal procedures.Develops and implements procedure and treatment plans according to hospital protocols and scope of practice.Completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies.Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, organized manner.Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year experience in Cardiac Cath or EP labs preferred.Graduation from an accredited Cardiovascular, Surgical Technology, or Radiology program.Required certifications include BLS within 14 days of hire, ACLS within 6 months, and RCIS/RCES, CST, or ARRT(R).
