About the role

As a member of our La Ferté Bernard center team and under the supervision of the Center Manager, you will work in pairs to perform preventive maintenance on heavy-vehicle tires for our clients, adhering to work methods and safety guidelines. Your tasks will include on-site client interventions and external breakdown services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and perform tire services (mounting, dismounting, inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance).
• Ensure high-quality interventions while following work methods and safety rules.
• Advise and inform clients about tires.
• Maintain precise digital documentation of additional services.

Requirements

• Holder of a valid B driving license (required).
• Interest in learning industrial tire maintenance; full training provided upon hiring.
• Ability to work autonomously and develop technical expertise.
• Rigor and attention to detail in task execution.

Pay

Your compensation includes a fixed salary and performance-based bonuses, ranging from €2,130 to €2,380 gross per month, depending on goal achievement.
