Technician X-Ray- Brooklyn

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team. You will prepare patients for radiologic examinations in a professional and courteous manner, operate stationary and mobile x-ray equipment, and process films according to established procedures.

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week with varied hours from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. The schedule includes Monday and Wednesdays at the Elmhurst office (Queens), and Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays with flexibility to float according to department needs across multiple locations (38 6th Avenue, 50 Court St, 3417 Kings Highway, 502 86 Street). Candidates must be flexible to work and float to other locations within NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Medical Group as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an approved School of Radiology (two years)
• New York State X-Ray Technologist License
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Pay

Salary range: $48.60–$60.26 per hour.
