Technician, Wall Crew

The Technician, Wall Crew, plays a vital role in maintaining and remodeling office environments by performing installation, repair, and relocation of fixtures, furniture, and modular walls. What you'll do
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety policies to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and property while providing safety instructions as needed.
- Maintain onsite storage areas by organizing, labeling materials, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Perform maintenance and remodeling tasks including relocating office layouts, installing wall fixtures, shelves, lighting, and furniture for work orders and special events.
- Collaborate with electricians, cabling, and HVACR technicians to complete remodeling projects efficiently.
- Interface with customers to assess workspace needs, make adjustments, and document completed projects accurately.
- Prioritize and complete assignments by utilizing company policies, data, and resources while communicating progress effectively.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in construction and renovation, with the ability to perform maintenance and repair on office layouts and fixtures.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and safety training to ensure a secure work environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with electricians, cabling, and HVACR technicians to complete remodeling projects.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain onsite storage, label materials, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Commitment to ethical standards and conduct, demonstrating integrity and accountability in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with customers and team members, ensuring project requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 7 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- 1 year’s experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
