Production Technician Crew Lead

Responsibilities

• Pick up and load equipment, products, and supplies for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance
• Prepare work areas and set up staging areas for projects
• Perform production processes according to SERVPRO® guidelines and crew chief directions
• Communicate effectively with crew chief and other technicians
• Clean up and break down after each job to ensure a clean site

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to operate an iPad and other technology
• Ability to travel locally and out of state
• Pass a background check
• Construction background
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Physical demands including walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing, and working in tight spaces

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
