Positions and Skills Needed

Responsibilities
- Perform renovation and construction work in occupied senior living and long-term care facilities.
- Install and finish drywall, including patching, taping, floating, texturing, and repairs.
- Perform interior and finish painting, including surface preparation, patching, priming, and finish coats.
- Construct wood and metal stud framing.
- Install cabinets, handrails, doors, trim, and other finish carpentry items.
- Perform general facility repairs and renovation work.
- Follow project plans, schedules, and safety requirements.
- Maintain professionalism while working around residents and facility staff.
- Travel extensively to project locations in multiple states.
Qualifications
- Construction experience required.
- Strong drywall, painting, framing, and finish carpentry skills preferred.
- Experience with cabinet installation, handrails, and facility renovations.
- Minor electrical and plumbing experience is a plus.
- Able and willing to travel for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
