Technician - Tukwila
About the role

Responsibilities
- Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
- Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
- Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
- Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
- Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
What You’ll Bring
- MUST be 21+ years of age
- Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps
- Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred)
- Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical
- Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement

Paid Time Off Benefits
- Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year;
- FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service;
- (for positions in Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked;
- FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater;
- (for positions in Seattle only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked;
- FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater.
