Technician - Test - Level 2 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6:oo am-2:30 PM

You will perform detailed testing and troubleshooting of products and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. Your technical expertise will contribute to the reliability and efficiency of our testing processes, supporting the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. This role reports directly to the Test Supervisor and is based at our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute test procedures on products and systems according to established protocols to verify functionality and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, documenting findings and collaborating with engineering teams for resolution.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Assist in developing and refining test procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the testing process.

Requirements

You must have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product testing or technical troubleshooting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of test equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance to ensure precise and reliable results.
• Experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues during testing phases, including documenting and reporting findings.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols relevant to product testing environments.
• Proficiency in using test software and hardware tools specific to the product line being tested.
