Technician Recruiting Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound calls to main line
- Contact and prescreen all new leads and applicants
- Schedule phone interviews with hiring specialists
- Validates/verifies driver candidate medical cards to company standards
- Performs heavy documentation of candidate conversations, primarily within Salesforce and Oracle
- Source for applicants within various markets
- Perform other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Prior demonstrated high-touch customer service and follow-up experience required
- Administrative or recruiting experience preferred
- Prior Salesforce, Oracle or other applicant tracking system experience highly preferred
- Bilingual, fluent English/Spanish written and verbal communication a plus
- Knowledge of Word and Excel required
- Internet savvy required
- Effective communicator who is not afraid of the phone preferred
- Highly technically savvy (internet, cloud base applications, good with internet data research, cell phone/text messaging, etc.) preferred
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, and sit frequently
- Use hands to touch, handle, and feel
- To reach with hands and arms
- Lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg occasionally
