Technician - Quality Technician II

Job Purpose

This role leads investigational efforts at our client's Post Market Complaint Investigation Site (CIS), focusing on conducting investigations of returned products related to complaints, focusing primarily on Capital Equipment (e.g., computer systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent failure analyses and document complaint findings.
• Utilize testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations.
• Identify patterns through data analysis, including manufacturing data review.
• Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve product issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support lab operations and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
• Experience in SAP, MES, or TrackWise.
• A production or manufacturing background.
