Quality Technician II
What You Will Do
- Maintains and improves Integer quality systems.
- Compiles or completes quality records, reports, and/or documentation ensuring GDP (Good Documentation Practices) are applied.
- Participates in problem solving and provides input for process/product evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Utilizes equipment and ensures current calibration.
- May repair, modify and/or maintain equipment.
- Performs inspections in accordance with authorized specification and applicable quality standards.
- Makes recommendations to existing work instructions to improve quality, clarity, and/or efficiency.
- Sets up and runs testing according to procedures or Engineering direction.
- May perform failure analysis and/or troubleshooting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Trains personnel in proper techniques to utilize systems, equipment, and processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent, or associate degree or 2 years of Integer work experience, or 3 years of related manufacturing industry experience.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of Integer work experience, or 3 years of related manufacturing industry experience.
- Specialized Knowledge: Understanding of GD&T, understanding of ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standards, and product knowledge helpful.
- Special Skills: Computer operation skills, ability to read and interpret drawings/prints, ability to read and understand work instructions, experienced with the use of measurement tools/equipment and hand gages to measure physical dimensions on parts, good organizational and communication skills, detail oriented and organized.
- Specialization: Quality - Identifies and evaluates procedures to ensure the production of quality product for manufacturing side, works with measurement tools to ensure product is to standard before it is released, conducts studies to understand capability for process and/or measurement systems, performs dimensional testing for product before and after cleaning, provides technical support as required, makes decisions on handling product issues, writes technical reports, records of standards and rejections, and other required quality documentation.
Pay and Benefits
Salary range for this position is $22.61-$33.16. Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
