Technician/ Patient Services Specialist

About the role

The Clearvue Eye Care - Roseville clinic is seeking a Technician/Patient Services Specialist to join their dynamic and rewarding team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, managing check-in and check-out processes
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Cook up and coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Handle eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $18.55 to $23.00 hourly, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering.
