  • Leading equipment setup and work cell preparation, including moving fixtures, staging tooling, and assisting with equipment installation activities
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting quality concerns, safety hazards, or material discrepancies, and driving them to resolution
  • Mentoring and training junior technicians on tools, processes, and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, electronics, construction, or related hands-on trade; vocational training or technical school coursework counts toward experience

  • Automotive background such as engine/powertrain assembly, chassis and drivetrain work, or automotive electrical/diagnostic experience
  • Advanced experience reading and working from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; harness build-up, connector termination, or soldering
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and bore gauges
  • Proficiency with electrical test equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers
