Job Details Description Job Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Certification in “HVAC, Plumbing or ElectricalKnowledge of HVAC and electrical systems operationsPlumbing experience preferredStrong planning and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer knowledge requiredAbility to work independently Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operational and mechanical functions of the facilityPerform maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities ManagerAdjust and repair Heath Center and Assisted Living equipment. e., which includes wheelchairs, beds, and walkersDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on HVAC equipmentPerforms a variety of plumbing maintenanceResponds to emergency maintenance requests as requiredComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasMake minor plumbing and electrical repairOn call as assignedOther duties as assigned
