Technician - Lube

Responsibilities

• Perform light-duty maintenance services including oil changes, air filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections.
• Carry out thorough vehicle inspections and inform customers about potential future maintenance or repair needs.
• Accurately follow manufacturer specifications and service procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and comply with safety protocols.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in light-duty automotive maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inputting service records and accessing vehicle maintenance data.
• Own set of tools for the job required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following manufacturer and service guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
