Technician IV - Facilities

Maintain all facilities related equipment

• HVAC units
• Air Compressors
• DI water systems

Perform building maintenance & repairs

• Painting
• Electrical
• Flooring/ceiling tiles
• Lighting

Ensure all preventative maintenance & service requests are performed as required.

Install, set up and ensure operational readiness of all required equipment.

Support production equipment maintenance team.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience within a facilities maintenance department.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hazardous material identification and handling.
• Demonstrated preventative maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and demonstrated initiative; ability to work with little to no direction at times.
• Strong service orientation; a commitment to delivering prompt. quality service and to maintaining a safe work environment.
• High attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with some office applications.
• Trade school education preferred.
