We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. We have sections: Purpose (intro), The Role (with subsections: Facility Maintenance & Operations, Equipment Installation & Support, Preventative Maintenance, Safety & Compliance, Continuous Improvement). Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Desired Skills, Work Environment, Compensation, What We Offer (benefits), EEO etc (remove). Also mention location: primarily sited at Long Beach, occasionally Torrance HQ. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from purpose/intro). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe basic qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications). Skills (desired skills). Benefits (What We Offer). Pay (compensation). Schedule (maybe work environment includes shift info? Not explicit schedule; but we have "Occasionally work outside normal business hours". Could be schedule info. We'll include Schedule section if there is specific content about hours/shift. The posting says: "Occasionally work outside normal business hours to support emergency repairs or planned maintenance activities." That's schedule info. Also "Frequently stand, walk..." is work environment. So schedule: occasional outside normal business hours. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what goes into each section. About the role: could be the purpose paragraph: "Divergent is building the new industrial age...". Also maybe the "Purpose Divergent is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician..." That's about role. We'll combine. Responsibilities: list of duties from The Role subsections: Facility Maintenance & Operations, Equipment Installation & Support, Preventative Maintenance, Safety & Compliance, Continuous Improvement. We'll create bullet list. Requirements: Basic Qualifications (maybe as list). Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list). Skills: Desired Skills (list). Benefits: What We Offer (list). Pay: compensation details (maybe as prose or list). Schedule: mention occasional outside normal business hours. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay range is given: $24 - $38 USD. Also mention levels T01-T02. We'll include that. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Purpose paragraph: "Divergent is building the new industrial age. Every day, our teams design, manufacture, and assemble advanced systems for some of the world’s most demanding industries. Our integrated engineering and manufacturing platform transforms complex designs into production-ready solutions, helping customers move faster, build smarter, and deliver critical systems when they matter most. Divergent is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs and supports leading U.S. aerospace and defense companies. Join us and help push the boundaries of what can be built." Then "Purpose Divergent is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our advanced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of critical building systems that support our highly automated aerospace and automotive production environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys solving technical problems, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position supports preventive maintenance, equipment installations, facility repairs, and emergency response while working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, EH&S, and external contractors to maximize facility uptime. While primarily sited at Long Beach this position may occasionally work at our Torrance HQ as required." We can combine these into About the role. Now Responsibilities: list each bullet. From Facility Maintenance & Operations: - Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, process cooling water, vacuum systems, and other building utilities. - Monitor facility equipment to ensure reliable operation and proactively identify potential failures. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues affecting facility operations. - Complete repairs while minimizing production downtime. - Perform routine inspections of building systems and document maintenance activities. Equipment Installation & Support: - Assist with installation, commissioning, relocation, and decommissioning of manufacturing equipment. - Support facility modifications required for new production lines and manufacturing equipment. - Coordinate utility connections including electrical, compressed air, process water, and exhaust systems. - Fabricate or modify facility fixtures and support equipment as needed. Preventative Maintenance: - Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). - Maintain maintenance records and document completed work orders. - Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment reliability. - Identify recurring equipment failures and support root cause investigations. Safety & Compliance: - Ensure facility systems comply with OSHA, environmental, and local building regulations. - Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and other safety procedures. - Support emergency response activities including equipment failures and facility incidents. - Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas. Continuous Improvement: - Participate in facility improvement projects that increase reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. - Support energy reduction and equipment optimization initiatives. - Identify opportunities to improve preventive maintenance programs. - Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve facility performance. Now Basic Qualifications (list): - Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls - High school diploma or GED required. - Technical school, trade certification, or Associate's degree preferred. - 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Experience maintaining industrial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, or mechanical systems. - Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment. - Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. - Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software. - Ability to read blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical drawings. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders, lifts, or elevated platforms. Preferred Qualifications (list): - Experience supporting advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or automation facilities. - Working knowledge of: - Industrial electrical systems (120V–480V) - HVAC systems - Compressed air systems - Vacuum systems - Process cooling water systems - Pneumatic systems - Forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift certification. - Welding, fabrication, or machining experience. - Basic PLC or industrial controls troubleshooting experience. - Experience working around robotic or automated manufacturing equipment. Desired Skills (list): - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. - Excellent organizational and communication abilities. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail. - Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving. - Adaptable in a rapidly evolving manufacturing environment. - Commitment to safety and operational excellence. Work Environment (maybe not a section but we could incorporate into Schedule? The instruction says use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work environment not listed as allowed heading; we could omit or incorporate into Schedule? But schedule heading only for schedule info. Work environment details could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. However we cannot create a heading not in allowed list? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely they expect only those headings. We could incorporate work environment details into Schedule or maybe into Responsibilities? Better to create a Schedule section that includes both schedule and work environment? But schedule heading is for schedule; we could put work environment details under Schedule as extra info, but that might be misleading. However we need to preserve info; we could add a

under Schedule describing work environment and shift. The schedule info: "Occasionally work outside normal business hours to support emergency repairs or planned maintenance activities." Also work environment: "Frequently stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and reach throughout the shift. Lift and move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Work indoors around manufacturing equipment, machinery, and industrial utilities." We'll include that in Schedule section as prose. Now Benefits: What We Offer list. We need to extract benefits: - Holistic Compensation Package: Enjoy a world-class compensation package that includes a competitive salary, equity plan, and discretionary results-based incentive bonus opportunities, ensuring you're truly valued for your contributions. - Wellness and Time Off: Embrace a healthy lifestyle with paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays, including a year-end shutdown to recharge. We support growing families with paid parental leave, recognizing the importance of bonding time. - Comprehensive Health and Wellness: Prioritize your well-being with our comprehensive health and wellness benefits, offering both HMO and Premium PPO options. Additionally, benefit from company-sponsored life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage for peace of mind. - Investment in Growth: We're committed to your professional development. Take advantage of reimbursement opportunities for learning and development initiatives, empowering you to continuously expand your skill set and reach peak performance. - Collaborative and High-Performing Environment: Join our collaborative, dynamic, and high-performing team within a fast-paced, mission-driven company. Together, we're disrupting the traditional manufacturing industry, fostering innovation, and integrating people and technology to reduce our footprint. We'll make each as

  • . Pay: compensation details: "At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels T01 - T02 as evaluated through our interview process. Facilities Technician I / T01: $24.00 - $33.00 Facilities Technician II / T02: $28.00 - $38.00 Pay Range: $24 USD - $38 USD" We'll output as

maybe. Now About the role: we need to output prose

maybe multiple paragraphs. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

    ... combined purpose paragraphs ...

Check that we didn't include any boilerplate. We must not include EEO, E-Verify, etc. Now ensure we preserve all substantive info: Did we miss any? The "While primarily sited at Long Beach this position may occasionally work at our Torrance HQ as required." That's location info; we could include in About the role or Schedule. We'll add to About the role paragraph. Also "This position supports preventive maintenance, equipment installations, facility repairs, and emergency response while working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, EH&S, and external contractors to maximize facility uptime." Already in responsibilities? We have that in purpose paragraph; we could also add to responsibilities but it's okay. Now check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Now produce HTML. Be careful to
