Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Perform receiving, packaging, bagging, inspecting, and shipping parts.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes.
• Complete training on assigned processes.
• Manage daily organization and upkeep of assigned process areas.
• Learn and understand various tank chemistries.
• Prepare chemistry tanks according to the chemical recipe.
• Attend monthly communication meetings and training programs.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow all policies.
• Participate in safety programs and complete various training.
• Maintain good organizational skills and efficient time management.
• Adhere to safety and environmental awareness standards.
• Seek to advance skills and learn new processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• AA degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials.
• Experience in media blast, quality assurance, and Kaizen or Lean training.
• Previous experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is expected to be between $22.79 and $34.23 per hour; however, actual pay may vary based on individual performance, Company or departmental performance, and market factors.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work is required.
