Responsibilities
- Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
- Perform receiving, packaging, bagging, inspecting, and shipping parts.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes.
- Complete training on assigned processes.
- Manage daily organization and upkeep of assigned process areas.
- Learn and understand various tank chemistries.
- Prepare chemistry tanks according to the chemical recipe.
- Attend monthly communication meetings and training programs.
- Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow all policies.
- Participate in safety programs and complete various training.
- Maintain good organizational skills and efficient time management.
- Adhere to safety and environmental awareness standards.
- Seek to advance skills and learn new processes.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- AA degree in a technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials.
- Experience in media blast, quality assurance, and Kaizen or Lean training.
- Previous experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies.

Schedule
Flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work is required.
