Technician I - Security
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of:Access Control Systems CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems CATV Systems Intrusion Detection Systems
- Pull, route, secure, and label low-voltage cabling according to project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
- Read and follow engineered drawings, floor plans, and installation instructions.
- Support senior technicians with device installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Complete required project documentation accurately and on time, including:Timesheets Work orders Material transfers Change orders Tool transfers Other project-related paperwork
- Follow and participate in all company, customer, and industry safety programs and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Learn industry best practices, installation standards, and technical skills necessary for career advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Physical and Mental Requirements: Regular attendance is mandatory
- Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements: Prefer a minimum of five (5) years’ experience of supervisory or managerial experience. Minimum Years Of Experience: 6+
