Technician I, Sanitation - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs.
• Stand, lift, crouch, and perform other tasks for long periods during various cleaning activities.
• Perform routine ground maintenance activities, report facility repairs, and address cleaning needs.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine/production equipment for major cleans.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms, supply cages, and break rooms, including coffee areas and refrigerators.
• Clean building floors, dust furniture, and monitor building cleanliness and safety.
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations for events.

Qualifications

• Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot, and problem-solve.
• Prior cGMP training, experience in food manufacturing, and basic understanding of sanitation processes and related equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
