Technician I, Maintenance

Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician I performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, and patching drywall. The Technician drives a company van to various sites to perform maintenance tasks and is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of building structures as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training in the use of appropriate maintenance equipment
• Occupational hazards and standard safety practices
• A valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record, required
• Must be eligible to safely operate company vehicles, with no major moving violations within the past (3) years and no more than one (1) point on current DMV record
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred

Compensation

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.32 hourly
