About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing facility. Conducts inspections, performs routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoots issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Performs inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment malfunctions
• Follows up on work orders and completes tasks within established timelines
• Participates in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
