Technician Helper - T-TEN Program

About the role

As a Technician Helper at Central Florida Toyota, you will assist the Service Technician in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing basic preventative maintenance, and adhering to manufacturer’s standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks
• Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
• Communicate technical information to Service Advisors
• Comply with all relevant safety regulations

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
• Experience as an Express Technician, Lube Technician, or Oil Change Technician

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the Toyota Technician Training & Education Network Program (T-TEN)
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
