Responsibilities

• Sweeping, scrubbing and rinsing floors
• Trash removal
• Parking control
• Opening and closing spas and the pool
• Snow removal during winter season
• Gardening and irrigation during summer season

Requirements

• Some knowledge of minor repairs to buildings
• Practical experience and common knowledge of how things operate
• Lifting in the 20-50 pound range (though not common and everyday task related)
• The ability to write and read at a basic level
• Prior job experience helpful
