Technician - General Services & Pools

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technician II to join our General Services & Pools team. The successful candidate must meet the qualifications to operate company vehicles and possess experience with commercial pools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet qualifications to operate company vehicles
• Must have experience with commercial pools
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool heaters and pump motors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including pump motors, pool heaters, and chemical equipment
• Perform pressure cleaning, loading and unloading materials, equipment, and furniture
• Assist with plumbing and electrical work as needed
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding work orders and project status
• Other duties as assigned by management
