Why this role This is a direct, hands-on seat in cGMP manufacturing — you’ll be the one operating the equipment and executing the batch records that turn our platform into product. You’ll work with real formulation equipment (fluid dispensers, mixers, pumps, filtration systems), run the in-process testing that keeps production on spec, and see your work move straight into the pipeline. It’s a strong entry point into regulated biotech manufacturing, with room to grow as the operation scales. What You Will Own Perform cGMP formulation operations according to documented procedures and batch recordsOperate formulation equipment — fluid dispensers, mixers, pumps, filtration systemsComplete batch records, logbooks, and test records following Good Documentation PracticesRun in-process testing: pH, density, filter integrity, API concentrationContribute to root cause analyses and process development investigationsReview documentation for completeness and regulatory complianceSupport process development efforts as neededFollow all safety guidelines — PPE, chemical handling, emergency procedures What You Bring 2+ years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (chemical, biotech, medical device, or biopharmaceutical); clean room experience preferredHigh school diploma required; associate’s degree or trade certification preferredStrong lab technique — pipetting, weighing, mixing solutions, aliquoting, documentationComfortable working in both laboratory and clean room environmentsStrong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and on a teamAn entrepreneurial drive to make an impact on global human health Compensation Range $25 - $30 per hour
