Technician, Field Svc I
About the role
We're looking for a Field Service Technician to support the maintenance of Canon-supported products in Southeast Jersey and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include reporting product failure trends, meeting customer demands, and maintaining assigned machines.
Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation
- Ensure accurate information and record keeping
- Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance
- Maintain technical information, reports, and property
- Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills
- Maintain assigned machines' performance to help achieve branch/district metrics
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time
- Ability to comply with customer policies and protocols, including potential COVID-19 vaccination requirements

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $19.00-25.49 per hour. This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
Schedule
This position requires full-time presence at the assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled work days.
