About the role
Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Technician - Cylinder Filler for their Morrisville, PA location. This position works second shift.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload gas cylinders and/or other products onto and off route trucks and trailers
- Roll cylinders and operate a forklift truck for the movement of cylinders
- Sort empty cylinders by type
- Check for cylinder quantities, styles, and product, and/or assist with inventory
- Review customer orders, pull items from full inventory, and load items onto trucks for delivery
- Perform basic cylinder maintenance such as painting cylinders, labeling cylinders, and cleaning of work area
- Assist with accompanying paperwork for shipments
- Complete both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments
Requirements
- High School Degree / GED
- More than one (1+) year/s manufacturing or plant experience is preferred
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred
Qualifications
- Good leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Basic computer skills
