Key Responsibilities

• Refill cash and paper supplies in video gaming terminals (VGTs) and redemption machines.
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of terminals.
• Accurately log inventory and service activities at each location.
• Ensure security and compliance with company procedures and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with location owners and internal support teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of machines and work areas.
• Perform emergency fills or service calls when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check per Illinois Gaming Board regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Dependable
• Good physical condition – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in route service, field tech support, or cash handling is a plus

Schedule & Availability

PREFERRED WORKDAYS ARE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, 11:00 AM TO 7:00 PM. SOME FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL SERVICE CALLS OR ROUTE CHANGES.
