Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair compact construction equipment, with emphasis on hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently; service reports, allocation of time, and tracking parts charged and returned
- Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain equipment and supplies to avoid waste, prevent accidents, and damage to personnel and equipment
- Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met
- Maintains equipment and parts areas in excellent, safe operating condition
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years or more of experience with Heavy Equipment or Compact Construction Equipment
- PREFERRED: Associates in related technical field (Diesel Technology)
- 4 years or more experience with Heavy Equipment and Compact Construction Equipment
