Construction Equipment Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment efficiently.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Perform safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Engage in internal and vendor training as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma and 1+ years of service experience, preferably with construction equipment or small engines.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a typical service environment, and follow safety regulations.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with varying levels of technician expertise (Tier I-IV).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
